Logan Land & Ranch Services is an owner-operated land-services company based near Tulsa. We get overgrown acreage back under control — and keep it there — with a custom plan that uses brush hogging where it’s feasible and forestry mulching only where it’s necessary.

Our ranching roots stretch back more than a century: cattle, horses and haying, with a lot of hunting and fishing mixed in. That history keeps our approach practical and respectful of the land.
We brush hog where it’s feasible, mulch where it’s necessary and combine the two on larger jobs — which can cut unnecessary equipment time and cost.
Before work begins, you’ll know which areas are included, what work and equipment are planned, what the property should reasonably look like afterward, what’s not included and what it will cost.

Rather than scraping down to bare dirt, we cut vegetation as low as practical — reducing the fuel load and removing the scaffolding of dry growth that can let fire spread.
Firebreaks and fuel reduction lower wildfire risk and help prepare your property. No service can guarantee a fire won’t reach it.
