Tell us your goals for your land and we'll help make that happen.

Clear Estimates
Before work begins, we want you to understand:• What areas are included
• What work will be performed
• What the finished property should reasonably look like
• What is not included
• What the project will costNo one-size-fits-all per-acre promises.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell Us About the Property
Call or text 918-268-3138 with:
• Property location
• Approximate acreage needing work
• What the vegetation looks like
• When it was last maintained
• Known rocks, wire, stumps, debris or other obstacles
• What you want to accomplish
Photos help us tremendously.
For the quickest initial evaluation, text:• One wide photo of the property
• A closer photo showing the vegetation
• A photo of the worst area
• A photo of the gate or equipment access, if relevant
2. We Evaluate the Work
Many projects can be initially evaluated using your photos, acreage information and satellite imagery.More complicated properties may require an on-site visit before we can provide an accurate estimate.
3. You Receive a Clear Project Estimate
Pricing depends on more than acreage. We consider:
• Acreage
• Vegetation
• Terrain
• Obstacles
• Access
• Travel
• Expected Machine TimeAn open five-acre pasture and five acres of years-old briars, saplings and hidden debris are very different jobs.We price the property accordingly.
4. We Put Your Land Back to Work
Once the work is scheduled, we arrive with the equipment needed for the agreed scope and focus on leaving the property:Cleaner. More accessible. More manageable.
WHAT DOES BRUSH HOGGING COST?
There is no honest single price that fits every property.Cost depends primarily on:• Acres to be cut
• Height and density of vegetation
• Brush and saplings
• Terrain
• Rocks, wire, stumps or debris
• Equipment access
• Distance from our baseSmall projects are subject to a minimum service charge because loading, transporting and unloading equipment are part of every job.For larger or reasonably uniform acreage, we can often provide a straightforward project price after reviewing the property.
